Meryl Snow

Meryl Snow has spent 28 years in the special event & catering industry as co-founder of Feastivities Events, along with its subsidiaries Off Shoots Decor and Philadelphia’s Picnic Company. She also is the author of Booked It! and three how-to Style & Design videos.
 
As a Senior Consultant for Catersource, the largest trade organization for caterers in the world, Meryl has worked throughout the US. Her particular areas of focus are sales and marketing, as well as design and branding. She provides consulting, coaching, and training services for a wide range of clients. Her innovative leadership has earned prestigious accolades for her companies locally, nationally and internationally. She has undoubtedly helped many other companies through her keen insight and an effervescent approach to teaching methods of success.

 

Peg FitzpatrickPeg Fitzpatrick

Peg Fitzpatrick is a social media strategist and popular blogger writing on her own website and across the web. Her blog was recognized as one of the top social media blogs by Social Media Examiner. Peg has spearheaded successful social-media campaigns for Mercedes, Motorola, Audi, Google, and Virgin as well as having been a brand ambassador for Kimpton Hotels currently working with Adobe Spark. Peg co-authored the best selling book The Art of Social Media with Guy Kawasaki.
 
 

Maria Northcott

Native New Englander. Former schoolteacher. Sought-after wedding officiant. Amanda O'BrienAmanda O’Brien

Amanda O’Brien has been working in marketing for over 12 years. She caught the digital marketing bug in 2006 and has been helping businesses use the internet to market themselves since then. She has been the host and organizer of Social Media Breakfast Maine since 2009.

She is currently employed at flyte new media as a dir of biz dev. At flyte, Amanda is responsible for generating new business and for developing, implementing, and reporting on marketing initiatives for our clients.

 

Rich Brooks

Rich Brooks is founder and president of flyte new media, a digital agency in Portland, Maine. He is a nationally recognized speaker on entrepreneurship, digital marketing, and social media.
He founded The Agents of Change, an annual conference and weekly podcast that focuses on search, social & mobile marketing.
Rich is the author of The Lead Machine: The Small Business Guide to Digital Marketing, a popular and well-received book that helps entrepreneurs and marketers reach more of their ideal customers online.
He has appeared in Inc. MagazineThe Huffington PostFastCompany.comCNN.com, the Social Media Examiner, and many other news sources for stories on digital marketing. 
He is the “tech guru” on the evening news show, 207, which airs on the NBC affiliates in Maine, and teaches web marketing and social media courses for entrepreneurs at the University of Southern Maine’s Center for Continuing Education.

 

Heather Jackson

Heather has over 20 years’ experience in sales and marketing, with a specialty in email and social media marketing. She is currently the Director, Regional Development in New England for Constant Contact. She previously owned 2 small businesses that she started herself and is a longtime volunteer for various non-profits. She is a professional and enthusiastic speaker & marketer who wants to help small biz simplify the crazy world of digital marketing to make sure they’re successful.
 
She’s opposed to closed toe shoes and loves mexican food.
 
 

Christine Parker

Christine has been working in sales and marketing for the tourism and hospitality industry for 28+ years.
 
Since 2002, she has owned a marketing company and offered consulting, strategic planning, branding, and corporate solutions for organizations in the tourism, healthcare, and hospitality industries.
 
In 2011 she helped purchase Real Maine Weddings magazine and became the CEO. Under her leadership, the publication has grown from a 64 page single issue to a 240 page bi-annual magazine. For 7 years they have hosted the Real Maine Wedding of the Year contest, giving a $100,000 Maine Wedding to one lucky couple. Real Maine Weddings has a robust, responsive website and social media presence.
 
Her specialty is to assess the weaknesses of a product or organization and develop a strategy, which includes rebranding, goal setting, and a fiscally sound marketing budget that combines the use of technology and multi-media.
